*Our jams are made with our own ripe fresh fruits (except the pineapple!) and are purposely low in added sugar. The delicious flavors of the fruits really shine through! The "Apple Jam" is nicely spiced while the "Pepper Jelly" is a sweet and spicy jelly with a little bit of vinegar zing. It's great spread on cream cheese and crackers, or use as a glaze on meat. All are made in small batches in our own on-farm production facility to meet our high standards.
